has been founded in the city of Rancagua, but with the firm intention to spread throughout the country.
The idea matrix strength and all, is to add consumers and users, regardless of political affiliation, or religious, or any species, along with the media to combat the ignorance of people about their rights as consumers and users.
We believe that the media are important and should play an educational role and reporting on these issues, we want to teach people what to do in certain situation that affects, for example, the issue of product warranties, insurance, offensive and aggressive collection, interest and fees illegal and abusive, utilities, food, education etc.
