By virtue of the agreed resolution of the days of the date given in the 1033/2007 FORECLOSURE procedure followed in this Court at the request of BIPRO MANAGEMENT, SL represented by Ms. JOSEFA GALLARDO FERNANDO AMAT against TB, ALICIA claim AG EUR 43.320.00 principal, 5083.53 euros plus interest accrued prudently set 12,296.00 euros for interest and costs of implementation, hereby announces the sale by auction, in advance of twenty days at least, property the following property of the debtor:
