The famous ultra Ricardo Saenz de Ynestrillas has published a controversial book that recounts alleged meetings between advisers of former President Eduardo Zaplana Government and leaders of the extreme right in the Comunitat Valenciana to "Falangists "not submitted to the 1999 elections.
