AND WE CAN. MANIFESTO FOR A Confidential

CAN AND WE
Madrid, April 4, 2011.

A again, and at the approach of a new election date in May 2011, we Falangists divided, encountered and without any capacity reach agreements that lead to joint action between our different sectors. The worst of this situation is not endemic to our division, but our manifest inability to offer a National-proposal clear, modern and fresh to the different sectors of the English people. Neither we nor are we expected. Our responsible neither know nor want to coordinate. Falangists can and must do something.

IN recent years, and gradually, we have seen the utter incompetence of our organizations to connect to these sectors not only popular, but the very foundations Falangists. Palmaria futility of our top leadership, technical on sectarian militancy, public lynching authentic dissident and use all sorts of methods cowardly face serious and capable people who complain loudly that situation. Know not only lead us, but are resistant to change. Therefore, examples such as NACHO TOLEDANO should be supported as forms of resistance to ignorance and sectarianism. Believe false data that initiatives like this have not been supported by many who yearn Falangists positive change. We are tired of the insults and lies about the real culprits of our ruin, and everything to hold on to their ridiculous charges.

FALANGE as a revolutionary movement was born eighty years ago. A political movement capable of responding to all economic and social problems existing within a capitalist society. However, today our political environment is simply a caricature of himself, and can not be more ludicrous, and grotesque marginal. DOA officials who have promoted the cult of personality as the only policy instrument. Waste of a Franco that remains installed in the internal life of our formations. Authoritarianism and darkness in the direction.

MUST end this situation. It's in our hands, both within organizations, to support any alternative Bid to formal proposals designed from above and from outside, resolutely supporting-and public-these transformation initiatives. We believe in the viability of an alternative modern National-and lay the foundation for our recovery.

WITH one eye on the first stone of our adaptive process, the undersigned propose the following immediate action to take place before the May elections:

PACIFICATION judicial among all our sectors.

OPENING a process of dialogue that is supported by the broadest possible base of Falangists militants and not militants, and is structured around open forums for debate and discussion.

STRUCTURING a joint project that allows the incorporation of the Falange no framed in our organizations.
CONSOLIDATION internal processes of democratic decision that would lead not only in the total renovation of our elected leaders, but in the formulation of new lines of policy and practice.

WE set from all practical mechanisms leading to these goals.

AND is well Comrades. Now or never before disappearing completely from the political map English. Let the first stone or let's go for ever, to our homes. We can and must.
